Pastor Samson Parekh is licensed and ordained and has been in ministry for over forty years. As the Senior Pastor of the church, he is effective and passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God (Holy Bible). He provides Biblical leadership by shepherding the body of Christ to love and follow Jesus Christ. This includes offering counseling, conducting house visitations, engaging in outreach, establishing relationships with other churches, leading prayer and fellowship meetings, and equipping members to engage in various ministries of the church.

He believes that God's Word is the answer to every challenge this world may present. He knows he can do nothing on his own but by the power and guidance of the Lord, true ministry can and does take place.

Pastor Samson is passionate about the people of God. He has a genuine concern for the spiritual and overall well-being of not only God's people but everyone he comes in contact with. He affirms that being one of God's representatives is one of his greatest joys. He has a heart for meeting people where they are in life and ministering to them in their time of need. When he is not preaching or teaching, he is comforting the hurt, praying for the sick, encouraging the believer, and ministering to the lost. He is truly a shepherd and a man after God's own heart.

Being actively involved in the community is a large part of Pastor Samson’s and Austin United Church of India's ministry. Reaching out to the community God has placed the church in is a core value and one that Pastor takes very seriously. He encourages everyone to strive to grow in our faith, support one another, and spread the love of Christ in our community and beyond.

Pastor Samson shares his life with his lovely wife, Rina, is the father of two adult children, Jason and Christopher.
